To View a Physical Item Baseline or Manually Create a New One

Expand the Baseline - Physical Item topic.
To go to an existing baseline document, double click on the highlighted document entry.
This will take you to the baseline document details in a new content pane. The Revision History Report topic will contain all the latest approved physical item baseline documents for the physical item.

Note: Instead of opening the baseline document detail, you can drag and drop the chosen baseline document from the Baseline - Physical Item topic to the Explore Focus pane and view the child documents contained in the Baseline parent document.
To create a baseline, click the Create Baseline icon in the action bar.
Step 1 of the Baseline Wizard opens.
Select the Physical Item Baseline radio button and then click Next.
Step 2 of the Baseline Wizard opens.
Select the item baseline options and click Finish.
A new physical item baseline document is created and will be displayed in the Baseline - Physical Item topic once it has been refreshed (<F5>).
